Welcome to Red Cottage Music, where students of all ages & musical backgrounds are welcome! Whether you are an experienced musician wishing to fine tune your skills, or a total beginner, your lesson will reflect & encourage you to become the musician you always wanted to be!
Teach In Harmony
Everybody learns differently. That's why at Red Cottage Music every single lesson is stylized to reflect the individual needs & focus of the student. From Classical to Country, Rock to Jazz, there is something for everyone. When you enjoy what you are doing, you learn better...& it's hard to stick with something if you're not having fun. Students are encouraged to develop their own musical styles, & then we work with that to help you achieve your personal goals.
The Future Sounds Good
My goal for Red Cottage Music is to build a community of students with a lifelong love for music. To teach in a fun, relaxed atmoshere, & to encourage talent & work on challenges. Everyone has music in their soul-it's up to me to help bring it out !!

About the Teacher
I began teaching music when I was 14 years old. What began as an after school job eventually turned into a career path, & I have never regretted it! I can now proudly say that over the years I have taught close on 1000 students.
After 15+ years of private lessons, I completed my studies at St. Mary's University/The Maritime Conservatory of Music-attending both simultaneously. Followed up by attending The University of Bordeaux, France auditing Art History courses, & attending theater & musical productions as often as I could to experience & learn from the "final product" via performance.
I am very passionate about what I do, & hope to instill a lifelong love of music in each & every one of my students.
